As an individual, can I place my order myself or do I have to go through a professional (pharmacy, doctor, etc.)?
All products and medical devices in the Home Care range are suitable for use by individuals and are available to order directly online, or by contacting us by telephone or email.
We still recommend that you follow the advice of a professional before purchasing any medical device.
I found the product I was looking for but it is not for sale on the website, how can I order it?
Some of our medical devices are reserved for use by healthcare professionals and medical institutions. To order them, please contact our sales team directly by phone, email, or via the form by clicking here .
Do you have a physical store where I can come and buy your devices?
No, no sales are made on site and it is not possible to come and collect your order from our offices.
I have a prescription for a medical device, can I be reimbursed?
Medical devices distributed by MIC are not reimbursed by social security; please contact your health insurance company to find out their reimbursement terms.
CERTIFICATIONS AND COMPLIANCE
Do your products comply with European regulations?
Yes, all our medical devices comply with European directives and regulations and bear the CE marking, guaranteeing their quality and safety.
Are you ISO certified?
MIC France is a distributor that only lists suppliers who have at least ISO 13485 certification, CE marking certificates and meet the regulatory requirements relating to quality management systems for medical devices.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure payments by credit cards and PayPal.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours in mainland France by Colissimo for individuals.
Next-day delivery is available for an additional charge via express delivery. For shipping details, please contact our sales team.
Can I have my order delivered to a relay point?
No
Do you deliver outside of France?
Delivery abroad is possible, for international shipping conditions please contact us.
How can I track my order online?
After placing your order, you will receive a link to track the status of your order in real time.
